It’s not the only promo Milwaukee World Festival is offering this week. On Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., buy-one-get-one?tickets will be available online through Ticketmaster for an Aug. 13 American Family Insurance Amphitheater show with Little Big Town and BoDeans. Billed as a lower-cost “community concert,” ticket prices for that show range from $15 to $50.
And those?aren’t the only promo deals for Milwaukee concerts this week either. From 11 a.m. Wednesday through Aug. 1 (or until supplies last), Madison-based promoter FPC Live is offering $20 tickets (taxes and fees included) for 10 shows at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater and the BMO Harris Pavilion (also at Maier Festival Park), including for Maroon 5 (Aug. 19), Slipknot (Sept. 29), KISS (Sept. 5) and Hall & Oates (Aug. 28). The discount tickets are part of Live Nation’s “Return to Live” promotion; Live Nation owns a controlling stake in FPC Live’s parent company Frank Productions.?
Milwaukee World Festival will also announce additional Summerfest headliners Tuesday, according to a news release, and preview the new Generac Power Stage on social media Wednesday. The deals and announcements are part of Milwaukee World Festival’s “Live Music at the Lakefront” week, leading up to the Foo Fighters concert at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater Friday. It will be the first concert at the amphitheater following its $51.3 million renovation, and the first huge concert in Milwaukee since the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the live music industry in March 2020.?
